GrantVault AI free trial access is provided for nonprofit grant operations evaluation. The trial does not require a credit card and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.

Foundation ($499 USD/month), Growth ($999 USD/month), and Professional ($1,799 USD/month) are 12-month licenses for one organization, payable monthly. The initial license totals are $5,988, $11,988, and $21,588 USD respectively, before applicable taxes. Standard onboarding is included. Enterprise pricing and onboarding are scoped by quote. These purchase terms apply to new subscriptions; existing subscriptions retain their agreed terms.

Monthly billing is the payment schedule for the 12-month license. Cancellation requests, renewal arrangements, and separately scoped services are handled with HITC under the organization license agreement. License pricing terms version: 2026-10-02. For licenses explicitly purchased under manual renewal terms version 2026-10-03, billing stops after 12 monthly billing periods. Continuing with a new paid license requires fresh acceptance; renewal is not automatic. After the term ends, viewing and non-AI exports included in the purchased plan remain available. Creating or editing records and using AI features require renewal. These terms do not change existing licenses accepted under a previous terms version.
